David is the Responsible Individual for Next Chapter Children's Care, bringing over 26 years of experience in social care. For 14 years, he managed children's homes, consistently achieving Good and Outstanding Ofsted ratings. More recently, he has worked in the private sector, successfully turning around struggling services by guiding managers and staff through complex regulations while ensuring the highest standards of care.

David is committed to safeguarding children's well-being and development, ensuring that policies and practices align with industry best practices. He holds an NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. In his role, David provides oversight and support to Registered Managers, driving excellence in care.

Lisa is the Registered Manager at Meadow Cottage, part of Next Chapter Children's Care. With over 20 years of experience in social care, she has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for Looked After Children. Starting in education, she led teams that enhanced learning experiences before moving into children's residential care, where she successfully raised professional standards and inspection outcomes.

Lisa has also worked as a consultant in the private sector, supporting struggling services and ensuring the highest levels of care. She is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Shaun is the Registered Manager at River View, part of Next Chapter Children's Care. With over 20 years of experience in social care, he has worked closely with Looked After Children and staff teams, helping them develop and thrive. His career began in children's residential care, where he quickly progressed into leadership roles, successfully managing multiple homes and achieving outstanding Ofsted ratings.

With experience in disability respite services and Looked After Children’s homes, Shaun has a deep understanding of special educational needs and the challenges young people face. He is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow and succeed.
