Zoe-our Deputy Manager

Zoe is a the Deputy Manager for Next Chapter Children’s Care. Zoe has a strong background in supporting children and young people across a a range of settings.

She has progressed through roles including Residential Support Worker and team Leader, bringing valuable hands-on experience to her leadership role.

Zoe also has experience working within early years, schools and after school clubs, giving her a well-rounded understanding of children’s development.

She is passionate about providing high-quality care, supporting staff development and creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
