At Meadow Cottage, we’re incredibly proud of the passionate, committed individuals who bring our home to life, and today, we’re taking a moment to celebrate one of our very own shining stars: Jodie Coates, Residential Support Worker and all-round inspiration.
Jodie is a powerhouse of energy, love, and determination. Known for her fun-loving nature and her ability to light up a room, she brings joy and positivity to every corner of Meadow Cottage. Whether she's engaging in activities with the young people, offering a listening ear, or simply being her wonderful, authentic self - Jodie makes a difference every single day.
What sets Jodie apart is not just her incredible heart, but her fierce passion for advocating on behalf of the children in our care. She’s strong-willed in all the right ways, unafraid to speak up, stand firm, and champion what’s right for every young person she supports. Her strength is matched by her compassion, and she embodies everything we value in our team.
And today, we are bursting with pride to share that Jodie completed the Ørsted 10K Run, an amazing personal achievement and yet another example of her dedication and drive. Her love for fitness isn’t just about physical health; it’s about showing resilience, pushing boundaries, and being a role model to those around her. Jodie doesn’t just talk about motivation - she lives it, breathes it, and inspires it in all of us.
